Description

The hydraulic rubber cutting machine is mainly composed of rubber cutter, frame, working cylinder, base, auxiliary workbench, hydraulic system, electrical system and other parts. The base under the rubber cutter is equipped with a nylon backing plate to protect the blade of the rubber cutter. This vertical guillotine rubber bale cutter machine is mainly suitable for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for installing next to the internal mixer to cut small pieces of rubber. This hydraulic guillotine is very easy to operate . When you start cutting the raw rubber, just manually place the rubber under the rubber cutter, and then press the start button, the rubber cutter will fall along the slideway on the frame under the drive of the piston rod to cut the rubber material . The frame of rubber bale cutter equipment is equipped with two upper and lower limit switches ,so that control the reversing valve to change the direction of movement of the rubber cutter, and at the same time, it can also protect the cylinder head of the piston cylinder. Designed for versatility, the hydraulic guilliotine cutting machine can perform a wide range of cutting tasks, including straight cuts, angles, curves, notches, and intricate shapes, catering to diverse industrial applications.Each time when you are ready to cut the rubber material , just feed the raw material into the knife roller , then press the motor button in cabinet , knife will fall down and cut the material

How Does Rubber Bale Cutter Work?

The high-precision hydraulic-powered rubber bale cutter are used to cut rubber into pieces as per speicific needs. The rubber bales or block can be fed through the machine. These rubber piece cut travels through the rubbe bale cutter machine which ensures smooth movement. 1. Check blade is in the up position. 2. Open the gate. 3. Place slab of rubber along the cutting edge. 4. Leave the cage area and close the gate. 5. Press the cut button to lower the blade to cut the rubber slab. 6. Blade rises after the cut sequence; wait until the blade is fully up. 7. Open the gate to remove the cut pieces. 8. Repeat the cycle.
