Description

A Check Weigher Conveyor machine is an automated system that continuously weighs product weight as they move along the rolling belt. This check weight machine helps verify whether products fall within a redefined specified weight range. If any product that doesn’t meet the required weight is automatically rejected from the line, which reduce the risk of under- or overweight products reaching the consumer. The Check weigher machine can detect the weight of products in the production line by the dynamic weight reading method with high speed, and it can detect the unqualified products in the continuous production line, there will be a rejector to remove off the unqualified products automatically. The check weigher machine moves products through the use of a conveyor belt and rollers. It features a wide checking range with a maximum checking weight . This belt conveyor checker machine is widely used for heavy product weighing for rubber ,plastic material ,bulk paper bags, plastic bags, paper boxes, metallized film packages and other rigid packages.
